The Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Mr. JL Murray of Midway, Alabama.

Mr. Murray transitioned to eternity Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the age of 85.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, November 29, 2024, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 12:00pm from the sanctuary of the New Bethel Baptist Church, 70 William Guice Rd. Midway, Alabama.

Interment will follow in the New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
