The caring Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Mrs. Emma Cope of Union Springs, Alabama.

Mrs. Cope affectionally known as “Pete” transitioned into eternity on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, October 18, 2024, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 1:00 pm from the sanctuary of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Union Springs, Alabama.
Interment will follow in the Mason Cemetery.
