The Staff of Carter Funeral Home humbly announces the transition of Mr. Algie L. Glasco, Jr, of Oakland, CA.

Mr. Glasco, a native son of Union Springs, AL passed away November 28, 2023.

The Farewell Celebration will be held Monday, December 11, 2023, at 11:00 am from the sanctuary of the Mt. Silla Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Fred Douglas, Sr. Pastor. Service will be live-streamed (see clickable link below)

Interment will follow in The Mason Cemetery.

In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
