The Staff of Carter Funeral Home humbly announces the unexpected transition of Mr. Edgar Antonio Romero Gonzalez of Union Springs, AL.
Mr. Romero Gonzalez completed his earthly labors in Birmingham, AL on Monday, November 27, 2023, at the age of 19.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, December 15, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Celebration will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 2:00 pm from the sanctuary of the East Side Baptist Church of Union Springs, AL
In accordance with recommended COVID protocols, attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
Edgar Antonio Romero Gonzalez was born in May 15, 2004 in Aldea Agua Blanco San Juan Ostuncalco Guatemala. He was an extraordinary young man, he started working in the fields from a very young age, at the age of 15 he decided to come to the United States in search of a better future and to be able to help his family and with the help of God he managed to reach the United States where he spent five years in Union Springs, Alabama, during that period he dedicated himself to earning a living by working with humility. There he married Jennifer and had his first child Keilany Romero Perez. Edgar Romero was the 5th child of 7 siblings.

El Sr. Romero González completó sus labores terrenales en Birmingham, AL, el lunes 27 de noviembre de 2023, a la edad de 19 años.

La Celebración de Despedida se llevará a cabo el sábado 16 de diciembre de 2023 a las 2:00 pm desde el santuario de la Iglesia Bautista East Side de Union Springs, AL.

Edgar Antonio Romero González nació el 15 de mayo de 2004 en Aldea Agua Blanco San Juan Ostuncalco Guatemala. Fue un joven extraordinario, comenzó a trabajar en el campo desde muy pequeño, a los 15 años decidió venir a Estados Unidos en busca de un futuro mejor y poder ayudar a su familia y con la ayuda de Dios logró llegar a los Estados Unidos donde permaneció cinco años en Union Springs, Alabama, durante ese período se dedicó a ganarse la vida trabajando con humildad. Allí se casó con Jennifer y tuvo su primera hija, Keilany Romero Pérez. Edgar Romero fue el quinto hijo de 7 hermanos.
Tomado por un trágico accidente, Sus recuerdos serán siempre apreciados por Su esposa: Jenifer Pérez Romero Su Hija: Keilany Romeo Sus Padres: Gonzalo Romero y Bernarda González Pérez Sus hermanos: Araceli Romero González, Elvira Romero González, Fidelina RomeroGonzález, Marissa Romero González, Dionicio Romero González, Emanuel Romero González.
