Reverend Robert Lee McGee passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the age of 85. He was born on October 23, 1938 to the late Ashley and Mattie McGee in Chauncey, Ga.

Reverend McGee was the Pastor of New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Seale, AL, US Army for 20 over years and was also a repairman for Fox Appliance.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Chinn McGee and brothers, William McGee, Walter McGee and Ashley McGee Jr.

The Homegoing Celebration for Reverend Robert McGee will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Canaan Baptist Church with interment immediately following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.

Visitation will be Wednesday 3 - 5:00 PM at Progressive.
