Mr. Frank Bernard Bell passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at the age of 50. He was born on February 8, 1973 to Frank C. Bell and the late Brenda Jefferson Bell.

The Homegoing Celebration for Frank will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Riverview Baptist Church with interment at Evergreen Memorial Garden.

Visitation will be on Friday beginning at 2 PM until 5:00 PM at Progressive.
