Obituary For Adam Leonard Bartlett

Adam Leonard Bartlett age 46 passed away peacefully at home on October 26, 2023. He was born in Opelika, AL on December 23, 1976. He was a lifelong resident of West Point, GA.

Adam was a true outdoor enthusiast, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and barbecuing. He would spend hours walking paths in quest of arrowheads. He was passionate in painting and drawing, and this was evident when he helped his dad paint automobiles and houses. He had a need for speed. He would work on vintage American muscle vehicles with his dad for months at a time. A 1967 Camaro was his favorite car. During the Fall on Saturdays, you could find him either watching the DAWGS play on TV or going with his sister to the game in Athens! However, Kaitlyn and Addison, his two daughters, were the real love of his life. More than anything, he loved them and enjoyed spending time with them. Adam was cherished by all who knew him!

Adam is survived by his daughters Kaitlyn and Addison Bartlett of West Point, GA. Also, he is survived his parents Jimmy and Billie Bartlett of West Point, GA. As well as his brother Barry (Carolyn) VanHouten of Valley, AL, and his sister Lori (Cal) Harrell of West Point, GA. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and great nieces.

A memorial service will be held for Mr. Bartlett on Friday, November 3rd at 1:00pm EST at Happy Valley Baptist Church in Lanett, AL with Reverend John Samanie officiating.

Services have been entrusted to Valley-Point Funeral Home & Cremation of Lanett, Alabama.
