Carter Funeral Home humbly announces the unexpected transition of Infant Jayon Amir Anderson of Union Springs, AL.

This precious angel passed away in Birmingham, AL on August 31, 2023.at the age of two months.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a visitation, Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration at Graveside will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Mason Cemetery.

The message of comfort will be provided by Pastor Evins Faulk, Jr. of the Sweet Gum AMEZ Church of Shorter, AL.

In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.

Jayon Amir Anderson was born on June 30, 2023, 1 lb. 14
oz, to Jolethia S. Hoyle and Jared Anderson of Union Springs,
Alabama. Baby Jayon departed his life on August 31, 2023 at
Benjamin Russell Hospital. Leaving behind three brothers:
Jaderian Anderson, Kharsyn Anderson and Jared Anderson,
Jr.; grandparents, Vernica Thomas, Joseph Hoyle and Priscilla
Anderson; uncles: Deontarius Cashay, and Antone Hoyle; five
great-uncles: Jeremiah (Carmenita) Hoyle, Nyrod (Latonya)
Hoyle, Anthony (Tiffany) Hoyle, Dewaye (Mechaiah)
Thomas, and Derrick Thomas; two great-aunts: Karen Lamar
Lovejoy and Kimmie Tolbert; great-grandparents: Nellie &
Willie Frank Thomas, Deonie & Charlie B. Thomas and
great-grandmother, Ruby Thomas.
