We are saddened to announce the peaceful transition of Mrs. Alfreda "Freda" Welch Russell on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, surrounded by the love of her sons.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023, in the sanctuary of Perfect Peace Baptist Church, with interment following at New Life Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. in the chapel.
