Mr. Micheal Eugene "Coo Coo" Scott passed away Saturday at Columbus Piedmont Midtown Medical Center at the age of 62.

A native of Columbus and the son of the late Fred and Mary Lee Early Scott. Micheal attended George Washington Carver High School. He was a member of New Mt. Zion Baptist Church. His hobbies included landscaping and painting.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Martha J. Scott, Joann Scott and Patricia Early.

Survivors include one brother, Fred Scott, Jr (Trudy); five sisters, Barbara Harrow, Virginia Watson (Earl), Vicky Johnson (Willie), Cynthia Scott and Cherry Hobley (Nathan); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Micheal will be laid to rest at Green Acres Cemetery on Saturday, April 29, 2023 during a One O'clock PM Homegoing Celebration officiated by Rev. Daniel Brooks.

Visitation is 2:00 til 5:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
