Arrangements for Mr. Phillip will be held in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

Homegoing Celebration for Michael Phillip will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Turnbull's Funeral Home at 3815 Crown Bay Ste 10 Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas Island 00802. Visitation will begin the same day at 9:00 AM.
