Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Mr. Joe E. Shell, (64) of, Union Springs, AL.

Mr. Shell transitioned into eternity Tuesday, January 21, 2023, at his residence, Union Springs, Alabama.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday February 03, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, February 04, 2023, at 2:00 pm from the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. The eulogy will be delivered by Pastor Roosevelt Grant of the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church.

In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
