Delanski, a native of West Point, GA, moved to Lanett, AL in the ninth grade and graduated from Lanett High School. He attended Tuskegee University on a football scholarship and graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1991. He served in the United States Army (1992 – 1998). After serving in the armed forces, Delanski attended Troy University and obtained a master’s degree in education and acquired a Specialist in Education Degree in 2001 along with several other Post Graduate Certificates. Educating children, especially inner-city children, was his passion. He was employed as an Educator for 23 years in the Fulton and Clayton County Georgia school systems; he was selected twice as “Teacher of the Year” as well as receiving many other accolades during his tenure.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Arthur Lee and Essie Mae Floyd; his paternal grandparents, Ralph, and Lizzie Kate Trammell and uncle, David Keith Trammell.

Charles (Janice) Trammell of West Point, GA; aunts, Phyllis (Harold) Heard of Atlanta, GA, Vivian (James) Floyd-Brownlee of Jamaica, NY, Linda (Lummie) Dunn of Valley, AL, Sandra Kate Jones of Lanett, AL, Patricia Tucker of West Point, GA, Shelia (Vernoy) Trammell of West Point, GA, Pamela (George) Chambers of Columbus, GA, Lisa Trammell of Lanett, AL, Angela Trammell of West Point, GA and Betty Trammell of West Point, GA, Sandra J. Funeral Services for Mr. Williams will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. ET in the sanctuary of the St. John Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charles Trammell, Pastor, Rev. Michael Stiggers, Eulogist, Pastor Dr. Mario Kimball, Rev. Dr. Jesse Walker, Rev. Anthony Williams, assisting.
Public viewing will be on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
