He was born to Arthur and the late Lois Shealey on November 25, 1963. After graduating from Brooker T. Washington High School, Ken chased his dreams to learning to cook from his father. Ken loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for his family. Neighborhood friends would gather around the kitchen table for after school cookies and listening to Ken’s stories about how he prepares his famous meals.
Ken loved his entire family. He dedicated his life to taking care of everyone. He was selfless, dependable, and intentional about living life to the fullest while never complaining. Ken’s life reflected God’s agape love. He touched so many lives and no one will forget or compare to the special imprint that Ken’s hand of love has placed upon their lives.
