Tramaine loved to laugh. He enjoyed good food and good conversation with family and friends; especially about sports or the Word of God. He shared his testimony with many people to encourage them to give their lives unto the Lord.
During his childhood years, Tramaine matriculated through the DODEA Military School System and the Muscogee County School District. He completed his high school coursework and graduated in Baxley, Georgia. Tramaine was baptized at an early age and was a member of Peaceful Holiness Church throughout his lifetime. He participated in the Children's Choir and was also a musician using his gifts on the drums as needed.
Tramaine leaves cherished memories to his parents Elder Robert and Helen Parnell, his older brother Frederick [Tanya] Parnell, his niece Erin Donaldson, his nephew Frederick Parnell Jr., two grand nephews, one grand niece, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
