Obituary For Mrs. Lizzie M. Driver

Mrs. Lizzie M. Driver, a resident of West Point, GA, died Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, LaGrange, GA.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.

Services by Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley.

Mrs. Lizzie Mae Coleman Driver was born January 14, 1939 to the parentage of Mr. Lake and Mrs. Fletcher Newton Coleman in West Point, Georgia. Affectionately called “Granny”, and “Ms. Biddie”, she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, James Driver; one son, Willie Charles Driver; her parents, Lake and Fletcher Coleman; three brothers, Charles Coleman, Joe Coleman and Hick Coleman; three sisters, Gladys Cooks, Dorothy Robinson, and Adell Johnson. Mrs. Lizzie Driver departed this life on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, Georgia.

Mrs. Driver leaves to cherish her memories: her son, James Edward Driver; one granddaughter, DeShandra McCullough; two great-grandchildren, Alyssia McCullough and Shalaiah McCullough; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
