The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, April 08, 2022, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Celebration at Graveside will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Mt. Zion AME Cemetery, Louisville, AL.
In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
Shemeca S. Rumph was born September 17, 1982, to Nettie M. Rumph and Matthew Dickerson in Eufaula, AL. At an early age, she confessed Christ and joined Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, where she served until, she departed this life.
Micky was preceded in death by her brother, Derrick T. Rumph; her grandparents, Eddie and Lillie Rumph, Anna and Raymond; five uncles, Eddie Jr., Larry, Darry, Eric, and Lorenzo Rumph.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: two loving children, Alicia and Travious Kelley of Union Springs, AL; a loving mother, Nettie M. Rumph of Union Springs, AL; a loving father, Matthew Dickerson of Clio, AL; one sister, Melissa (Brandon) Rumph of Union Springs, AL; loving aunt and uncles, Nettie P.
