Kelvin Deon Smith was the first-born son of the late Gabriel Smith Pasha on January 18, 1979. On Sunday March 6, 2022 in Elkton, MD, he answered to the master’s call and transitioned from the earthly life.

Kelvin - “Kel” as he was known - professed a hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Wadley Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a 1998 graduate of Callaway High School and an avid sports fan. After high school, he served his country in the US Army, where he earned several accolades. These include expert Marksmanship and his Parachutist Badge. He was honorably discharged in 2004. After serving his country, he worked as a Warehouse Slots Analyst for KeHE Distributors of Northeast MD.

Kelvin’s passing has left a deep void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. However, that void will be filled as we remember his quick wit, infectious smile and larger than life personality. The ultimate comfort comes from words contained in 2 Corinthians. Kel is no longer in his earthly body but is ever present with his Lord.

He was proceeded in death by his mother Gabriel Smith Pasha, Grandmother Mae Belle Morgan and Uncle Derek Ervin Smith.
