Mr. Jeffrey Forte, Sr. passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital at the age of 63. He was born on December 31, 1957 in Fremont, NC to J.B. Forte and Lillian Lucas Forte.

The Homegoing Celebration will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 12:00 PM at The Infantry Center Chapel with his interment following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.

The service will be live-streamed. (see clickable link below)

There will be a visitation for him on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 beginning at 1:00 P.M. and ending at 5:00 P.M.
