Obituary For Moses Ragland Sr.

Mr. Moses Ragland, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at his residence in Columbus, GA at the age of 84.

Mr. Ragland was born on February 11, 1937 in Barnville, GA to the late Tom Raglin and Corine Demon.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his loving wife of 60 years, Dorothy Ragland; five children, Suzette Carter-Ragland, Maurine Lakey, Laurine Edmonds (Dennis), Sonya Jones and Moses Ragland, Jr.; host of many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

The Homegoing Celebration will be Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. with burial following at Green Acres Cemetery.

The visitation will be held on Monday, July 26, 2021 beginning at 3 P.M. and ending at 6:00 P.M.

The Staff of Progressive Funeral Home is honored to be selected to provide end of life services.
