Obituary For Robert Cameron

We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. Robert Cameron, age 78, of Hogansville, Georgia on Friday, June 11, 2021 at his residence.

A Private Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Springfield Baptist Church located at 400 Poplar Street, Hogansville, Georgia 30230. Pastor Collier Starks will officiate.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, everyone in attendance must wear a mask and social distancing is encouraged.

Mr. Robert L. Cameron was born on July 9, 1942 in Greenville, Georgia to late Carrie Elizabeth and Silas Cameron.

On Wednesday June 11, 2021 Robert left us and went home to be with his Heavenly Father. Robert was a member of Mt. Perria Baptist in Hogansville, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by two nieces Aucheen Cameron and Tameka Cameron and one brother William Grissom.

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters Emma Jean (Jeffery) Fuller, Kimija Hopson; two sons Courtney (Haley) Rhodes and Deonare Cameron; three kids that he raised as his own Fredrick (Patrica) Rhodes, Tracey Rhodes, and Tiffany Rhodes; four grandchildren A’niya Rhodes, Cameron Rhodes, Jeffery D. Fuller, Jerrian (Shabrika) Fuller; eight great grandchildren; five brother James Cameron, Milton (June) Cameron, Edward Cameron, Lonnie Cameron, and Calvin (Sheila) Cameron; two sister Roenell ( Mack) Lowe, and Lewis, and host of nieces and nephews Kenya Lowe, Ahmad Lowe, Rafael James, Raven James, Trinity Carriker, Patrick Mielton, Sabrina Mielton, Amari Cameron, Dexter Cameron, Gwendolyn, Cameron, Derrick (Kim) Cameron, Julius Cameron, Mary Cameron, Quadrquis Patterson, and Kavoski Patterson
