Carter Funeral Home respectfully announces the transition of Mrs. Melissa Palmore, 45, of Bullock County, Alabama.

Born November 28,1971 in Panama City, Florida, Mrs. Palmore transitioned into eternity on June 22,2017.

Celebration of Life Services will held Sunday,July 2,2017 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home.

Words of comfort will be shared by Pastor Gary Lewis of First Baptist Church.

Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday,July 1,2017 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.

MELISSA PALMORE was born in Panama City, Florida on November 28, 1971. Melissa was the daughter of the late John Brogdon and the late Gloria Bland.

A loving wife, she was devoted, committed, faithful, and steadfast. Mrs. Palmore exchanged life for eternity on June 22, 2017 at home with her faithful and devoted spouse at her side.

Earthly memories will be cherished by her spouse, Lamar Gosha; sons: Julius (Jene) Palmore, Jeremy Palmore, Jamar Palmore and Roosevelt Brown Palmore, all of Panama City, FL.; one brother: Daryl Brogdon of Panama City, FL.; a loving grandmother: Dorothy Lawrence of Panama City, FL.; two brothers-in-law: Shelly (Ann) Gosha and Randy Gosha of Union Springs, AL.; two sisters-in-law: Dana Williams and Karen Dean, both of Panama City, FL.; three god-children: Shadon Soloman, Devon Foreman, and E.J. Riddie of Panama City, FL.; a host of grandchildren, friends, and loved ones.
