Mr. James Cooper was born in Columbus, Georgia January 13, 1966 to the late Mr. John Cooper and Mrs. Loretta Caldwell Cooper. He passed away peacefully at his residence Friday, March 26, 2021.

A native of Columbus, Georgia, he attended George Washington Carver High School. Mr. Cooper was employed for several years as a landscaper and tile setter at Cathedral of Prayer COGIC.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. William D. Cooper.

Left behind to cherish his memories forever are, his two daughters, Jamirah McCray, Jenethia Barr; five brothers, Richard Caldwell, Eddie (Pamela) Cooper, Larry (Bernice) Cooper, John Lee Cooper, Curtis (LaQuanda) Cooper; five sisters, Carolyn Baker, Johnnie M. Cooper, Catherine Luke, Angela (Carl) Love, Sarah Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in the hills of Green Acres Cemetery, Pastor Donald Woods will be officiating the service.
