Progressive Funeral Home respectfully announces the passing of Mr. Andrew Thomas, Jr. age 74 of Columbus, GA on December 1, 2020.

Brother Andrew Thomas Jr. was born July 8, 1946. He departed his Earthly life for Eternal life on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.

Brother Andrew Thomas was in a common law marriage with Della Upshaw in Florida for 20 years; he also confessed Christ in the early 70's. He was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church in Pittsview, AL

He leaves to Cherish his everlasting memories to: three sons, Mitch Perry, Kelsey Owens, and Jason Ross; one stepson, Darvis Upshaw; two daughters, Melissa Perry and Laura Cunningham; two brothers, Johnny Lee Thomas and Jeffery Lavon Thomas; one sister, Katherine Thomas; one half bother, William Denson; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and friends.

Brother Andrew will be having a Homegoing service on Saturday, December 12, 2020 beginning at 12 P.M. in the Chapel of Progressive Funeral Home, Inc.

The visitation will be held Friday, December 11, 2020 starting at 5 P.M. and ending at 7 P.M.
