I remember when mama told me the fist time you tried to make lasagna. We both laughed so hard when she said you didn't cooked the ground beef and just put everything in the pan. I miss our texts messages as we checked on each other to see how each of us was doing. I wanted to shake you and tell you to stop playing and wake up. I'm still in a state of shock. I love you Alice. How do you make sense out of something that makes no sense? How do you understand something that is beyond understanding? Why didn't you call me? I would have been there in less than 5 minutes. When I saw your name pop up on my ID I was fully ready to be cussed out. Instead I waited for Terrell to say he was playing a joke on me. What I wouldn't do to get that cuss out. I applaud his strength. I broke down. Iam in disbelief trying to wake up from this nightmare called 2020. Its like I lost my sister. My heart is shattered. I know you weren't ready but God was.
