Obituary For Mrs. Cleo Z. Gooden Glaze

Glaze, Mrs. Cleo Z. Gooden, a resident of Lanett, AL, died Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Emory Hospital, Atlanta, GA.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (EST) from Zion Rest Baptist Church Heard Center, Rev. Frederick Stanley, Pastor, Rev. Bradley Gibson, Sr., Eulogist and Rev. Terry Tucker, Officiant.

Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Cusseta, AL. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.

Public Viewing is scheduled for Friday, January 17, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel.

Mrs. Glaze was a faithful member of Mt. Nebo Missionary Church and served in the Ushers Ministry.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: two sons, Tunga Gooden, Lithonia, GA and Willie B. (Danielle) Flournoy, Jr., Lawrenceville, GA; one daughter, Pnisha "Khandi" Woodyard, Valley, AL; two sisters, Minnie Gates and Claudia Murphy both of Valley, AL; three brothers, George Gooden, Aldolphus (Marie) Gooden and Daniel Gooden all of Valley, AL; sisters-in-law, Betty Jean Gooden, Valley, AL and Mary Pearl Quamina, Long Beach, CA; grandchildren, Courtney Brewer, Talmia Darden, Kiarra Flournoy, Jekelia Billingslea, Amari Flournoy, Albrandius Flournoy, Micah Flournoy and Willie Flournoy III; and, a host of beloved stepsons, step-daughters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Final Care and Arrangements for Mrs. Glaze were entrusted to Young-Levett Funeral Home and Davis Memorial Mortuary.
